Revenue shortfalls at the state level already are affecting Indiana State University employees, who have been told they will not receive a pay raise next year. On Friday, Gov. Mitch Daniels announced another round of budget cuts in response to state tax collections falling significantly below projections. The state’s public colleges and universities took the hardest hit. Daniels announced that general fund support of the state’s public colleges and universities will be reduced by $150 million over the next 18 months.
