Although Duke University needs to make $125 million worth of budget cuts to combat the economic downturn, for now, those cuts don't include anyone's job.... For now, changes include no raises for employees making $50,000 or more this year. Those making under $50,000 who get good job reviews will get a one-time raise of $1,000.
