Shrinking budgets a challenge for growing community college system -Matt Tessnear, Sun Journal

President Scott Ralls says managing a growing enrollment with a shrinking budget is one of the toughest challenges state community college leaders face in the near future. The state system enrollment grew 7 percent during the fall semester, Ralls said.
