Syracuse University Freezes Salaries - WSYR 9

Actions are being taken at the central New York university to adjust to lower revenues. Syracuse officials are looking to freeze salaries of employees who earn more than $50,000. Chancellor Nancy Cantor is taking a 10% pay cut. Tuition is on the way up.
