As challenging as this year has been for Wilmington College, next year could prove even more challenging, President Daniel A. DiBiasio said. Last fall, with the economic slowdown beginning to impact the Wilmington area, the college took a number of steps to control expenses. Looking ahead to the next academic year and the possibility of the economy still struggling, the college will implement an increase in tuition and fees, continue budget-control measures, and hope that enrollment will remain strong.
