University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley junior Kevin Johnson's educational career path is on shaky ground these days.Johnson, 20, of Appleton, was counting on financial aid to help him enroll at UW-Madison's School of Pharmacy next school year.But financial aid packages already have been calculated, and Johnson is one of nearly 8,000 UW System students who will get less than he thought.
