State budget woes may mean college students pay more - Jeff Bell, Business Courier of Cincinnati

Since nobody knows what will happen with the state budget, colleges and universities are having a difficult time planning for the coming school year, said Michael Chaney, a spokesman for the Ohio Board of Regents. “There isn’t a lot of specific advice we can give,” he said. “Schools are waiting to send out fall bills (to students), but they’re not sure what their state subsidy will be.”
