A spokesman for Georgia Student Finance Commission said 30,000 Georgia college students are seeing a reduction in the amount of money awarded for the upcoming terms. College students nationwide being impacted by the economic downturn they say they've got the grades, but it's the cost that's keeping many from getting the education they seek.
