Several college presidents and state legislators gathered Friday morning at the 2010 Public Higher Education Legislative Breakfast at Springfield Technical Community College to discuss state funding and its possible impact on higher education. Springfield Technical Community College was the host site for the breakfast at Scibelli Hall. STCC President Ira H. Rubenzahl said the event provided an opportunity for legislators and presidents to meet in person and discuss funding for higher education and related issues.
