Rachel Harris summed it up on a piece of poster board that read, "I'm Broke! Please don't raise my student Fees!" Harris, a junior at Salem State College, was one of about 20 students who attended a college trustees meeting this week to urge officials not to hike student fees next year. "Education is a right for everyone," junior Ryan Chamberland said. "I applaud you guys for your hard work, but I need you guys to make the hard decision and not support fee increases."
