SUF officials worried about veto of research funds - Nathan Crabbe, Gainesville Sun

University of Florida officials are worried that Gov. Charlie Crist will veto $20 million for its research center in Orlando. Crist faces a deadline today to take action on the state budget. He has threatened to veto funding for the UF Academic and Research Center at Lake Nona along with money for other building projects at state colleges and universities that lawmakers included in the budget.
