Miami University hikes tuition, freezes pay - Business First of Columbus

Miami University trustees have approved a 3 percent tuition hike at all of its campuses and voted to freeze university employees' pay. The tuition hike at the Oxford college follows a 3.5 percent increase that took effect for the summer session. The board also approved an operating budget of $639 million for 2010-11, which includes a $5 million cut in operating costs.
