Truman deals with historic budget cuts - Ashley Smith, Heartland Connection

Budget concerns are hitting close to home for one Heartland university. Truman State University is looking ahead to the 2012 fiscal year and things aren’t looking good. President Troy Paino is calling a meeting with university staff on Monday to discuss ways to prepare for the deepest cuts in history. He says the university will have to do without millions of dollars that they’re used to.
