UK Budget cuts to cost 22,500 university jobs - Mike Jones, Investor Today

There will be a loss of 22,584 university jobs in England alone, if the Government pushes ahead with plans for 25% funding cuts. That is the claim after analysis of plans by the University and College Union which warned that a significant impact of the planned cuts would be university students faced with some of the largest class sizes in the developed world.
