Kasich college budget revised - Encarnacion Pyle, Columbus Dispatch

House Republicans have proposed doing away with Gov. John Kasich's plan to require professors to teach more classes. They also want to increase the number of students who are eligible for in-state tuition. And they want to resume state financial aid to needy students at for-profit colleges, which seems to be the most controversial revision in the proposal.
