Casper College budget draws no public comments - JACKIE BORCHARDT, Casper Star-Tribune

The Casper College board of trustees approved the college's 2011-12 budget Wednesday night after hearing no comment during a public hearing. The $90.5 million budget is about $12 million less than in 2010-11, due largely to decreased capital construction. The 2011-12 budget allocates about $24 million for operating expenses and $34.5 million for salaries and benefits. The salary allocation includes faculty and staff member pay increases for experience and education and a 1.34 percent increase for administrators.
