Lakehead University is anticipating a balanced budget for the 2012-2013 year.
During Friday night’s board of governors meeting, it was announced that the board executive committee approved the 2012/2013 operating budget guidelines that were recommended by the board of governors. The operating budget guidelines looked at three possible scenarios, with the most probable scenario including a 2.5-per cent increase in tuition fees and enrolment of 7,700 full-time students and an additional 100 international students.
