Staring down budget hole, Delgado freezes expenses - NOLA Defender

UNO isn't the only public higher education institution in town that's facing budget woes as a result of state funding cuts. Delgado Community College is currently in a $13 million budget hole, and will be forced to put a freeze on extra expenses as a result.
