College officials uncertain on budget effect - Peter Wong, Statesman Journal

Even though there appears to be more state money, officials at Chemeketa Community College and Western Oregon University are uncertain about how Gov. John Kitzhaber’s proposed budget will affect their operations for the next two years. Their uncertainly is understandable.
