The Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System voted to accept budget and tuition proposals for 2014 that will increase tuition and student fees at its main campus in Fort Collins. An increase of $619 bumps the total tuition costs for a resident undergraduate to $7,494, which keep CSU below the average of similar sized universities in the country, and $1,266 less than the University of Colorado. Student fees at the Fort Collins campus will also see an increase of 2.6 percent, or an extra $22.75. http://www.reporterherald.com/news/loveland-local-news/ci_23167287/colorado-state-university-raises-tuition-2014
