Ivy Tech Community College sees a normal crowd on registration day despite recent tuition hikes. Saturday marked the first day for students to sign up for the fall semester,and the first time students are faced with tuition increases of more than any other institution in the state. It's an 8 percent hike, but only $5 per credit hour in the fall. The college network is trying to close a $ 68 million budget shortfall.
