Area state legislators talked about budget concerns with about 25 citizens Saturday morning in the Sauder Alumni Center at Emporia State University. “Of the 50 states, 47 states have greater revenue this year than they did last (year),” Rep. Don Hill said. “There are three states that have less revenue. … Kansas is one of those three. Kansas is by far the most dramatically down in revenue.
