Student and labour unions at the University of Ottawa say they will not participate in the school’s budget consultations this year because they believe their recommendations last year went unheard. “We are not going to be legitimizing this sham of a process,” said Seamus Wolfe, external commissioner for the Graduate Student Association (GSAED).
