Heartland plans for possible 'doomsday' budget - Lenore Sobota, Pantagraph

With a possible “doomsday” state budget that could result in a cut of up to 10 percent in state funding for community colleges if the temporary income tax is rolled back, Heartland Community College is hoping for the best and building a budget based on a 5 percent state funding cut.
