What will Cal State University cuts to enrollment growth mean? - Orange County Register

The California State University system had to scale back an ambitious plan to increase overall student enrollment by 20,000 this fall after it failed to secure the necessary state funding. Instead, the 23-campus system will increase enrollment by about 9,900 students.
