North Carolina must be dedicated to strong university system - Editorial: Star News

UNCW is again one of the top 20 regional universities in the South, according to the much-watched U.S. News & World Reports rankings. North Carolina also has several nationally ranked schools in the magazine's annual survey, including the flagship of the state system, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
