Central Washington University plans for budget cuts - Bridget Chapman, KIMA-TV

Central Washington University plans to cut spending as soon as possible. Administrators there expect another tough financial year. "We know we have to make permanent reductions in spending to close the gap," said Linda Schactler, spokesperson for CWU. That gap is $6.5 million. The university lost half its funding over the past four years and is still feeling the pain. The dean recently sent a letter to the CWU community saying the campus needs to make immediate reductions in overall spending. http://www.kimatv.com/news/local/Central-Washington-University-plans-for-budget-cuts-278318101.html
