U. of California Board Votes to Hike Tuition 27% by 2020 - Inside Higher Ed

The University of California Board of Regents on Thursday approved a controversial plan to hike student tuition up to 27 percent by the end of the decade. The plan is opposed by state Governor Jerry Brown and students.
