Kaplan College to refund $1 million in tuition for nearly 300 students - James Aldridge, San Antonio Business Journal

Kaplan Higher Education has agreed to pay $1.3 million to settle a whistleblower lawsuit that alleges that Kaplan College employed unqualified instructors to teach medical assistant courses at its two campuses in San Antonio, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas Richard L. Durbin Jr. said Monday.
