West Virginia Budget Cuts $12M From Higher Education - MICHAEL ERB, the Intelligencer

Higher education in West Virginia will see a nearly $12 million budget drop in 2016 with West Virginia University and the School of Medicine accounting for more than 60 percent of the cuts. Gov.
