Malloy's budget cuts scholarships to private colleges - Linda Conner Lambeck, CT Post

Students who attend private colleges in Connecticut would no longer qualify for a state-funded scholarship program in a move that students and college officials alike say is shortsighted. "I'm thinking about all the deserving students who have potential to achieve the same goals I am going after."
