nly halfO of University of Minnesota Duluth faculty members have confidence in the leaders of their respective colleges. That’s according to an employee engagement survey taken in October, in which about half of UMD’s faculty and more than two-thirds of its staff — employees who are not faculty members — responded. The staff response to the confidence and trust question related to their departments and colleges was only slightly better, at 57 percent.
