Western Kentucky University’s Office of Academic Affairs faces $5.5 million in cuts in a plan that would trim $7.9 million to balance the university’s 2015-16 operating budget. The Board of Regents’ Finance and Budget Committee will discuss the plan at 9 a.m. Friday in the Mass Media Technology Hall.
