Youngstown State University President Jim Tressel streamlines administration, saving $1 million a year - By Karen Farkas, Cleveland.com

Youngstown State University President Jim Tressel has streamlined his administration, saving the institution about $1 million a year in salary and benefits. Eliminated in the reorganization are two vice presidents and four executive directors. "It is vital for any institution, especially one the size and complexity of a university, to have in place an administrative framework that provides the opportunity for the university to reach its full potential," Tressel said in a release. "We believe that this reorganization does just that, and will result in improvements across all segments of the university, as well as significant savings." http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2015/05/youngstown_state_university_president_jim_tressel_streamlines_administration_saving_1_million_a_year.html
