Dear lawmakers of Pennsylvania: There are many PASSHE students currently waiting on you to pass the state budget so we can find out our financial aid for the year. It is absolutely atrocious that the PASSHE system had to raise tuition yet again because the state cannot pass a budget. I am a student with a 3.7 GPA that financial aid barely covers tuition for. I am told that since I work full time, as well as attend college full time, that I make too much to receive more aid.
