Students are arriving to Southern Illinois University and finding the school they will be attending this fall is different from the one they visited last spring. At $22,000 a year, SIU is still a relative bargain for schools in Illinois. However, it is still more expensive than South East Missouri State University, Murray State University, and the University of Tennessee at Martin.
