Hocking enrollment avoids major decline this fall - Conor Morris, Athens News

Hocking College’s autumn semester enrollment is down slightly from the same time last year, although the drop in enrollment doesn’t look nearly as drastic as in recent years. On the 15th day of enrollment this semester (when public colleges and universities in Ohio are required to report their numbers), Hocking College reported having 3,238 total students enrolled. This is a drop of 236 students compared to 15th day enrollment numbers last autumn semester, when the college had 3,474 total students enrolled. The college did report a small increase this year in total new students enrolled, although that is balanced out with a drop in returning students. http://www.athensnews.com/news/campus/hocking-enrollment-avoids-major-decline-this-fall/article_a435f482-6abc-11e5-ac87-ebb42d994f93.html
