Harford Community College officials expect deline in enrollment, plan another tuition increase - David Anderson, The Aegis

HCC students could pay $8 more per credit hour next year, according to proposed budget Harford Community College students, though it's projected there will be fewer of them, can again expect to pay more as college officials plan to increase tuition by $8 per credit hour starting in July 2016. The HCC Board of Trustees reviewed draft versions of a $48.1 million operating budget and $27.4 million capital budget Tuesday evening.
