No budget No pay - Kelsey Gibbs, Illinois Home Page

Students enrolling at Richland Community College will have to find financial aid somewhere else. The school can no longer pay for map grants. "I'm studying to be in the medical field, I plan on being an OBGYN." said Karrionna Johnson. Johnson wants to start her college career at Richland Community College but there's one problem. "Because I know my family can afford to put me through college, and we ain't rich, we got struggles everybody got struggles."
