Facing budget crisis, New Orleans colleges hesitate to predict the future - Jed Lipinski, The Times-Picayune

Louisiana's higher education commissioner has said that public colleges and universities in New Orleans and across the state could be forced to lay off faculty, suspend classes and shut down graduation ceremonies this spring if Gov.
