Kaskaskia College makes more cuts - WJBD Radio

After holding off with several cuts until Monday night meeting hoping the State Budget Impasse would be resolved, the Kaskaskia College Board of Trustees were forced to make tough decisions at last night's meeting cutting programs and positions. Citing they were not cutting fat, but into the bone...the board unanimously approved moving forward with several cuts. The board voted to approve the elimination of the KC Educational Program at the Centralia Correctional Center which also includes all full time faculty and professional/managerial staff.
