UConn plans to shut down Torrington campus amid budget cuts - Associated Press

The University of Connecticut is planning to close its satellite campus in Torrington in May as it deals with state budget cuts. The school announced Friday that it will present its closure plan to the university’s Board of Trustees next Wednesday.
