Staff cuts, tuition increases as Wright State balances budget - Tristan Navera, Dayton Business Journal

"We will have to make some difficult decisions," said David Hopkins, president of Wright State University. Wright State University's budget shortfall means staff cuts and some fee increases are in the cards. Hundreds gathered in the Student Union Thursday morning to hear a plan for how the school will address its budget shortfall. Officials laid out the school's financial situation as it expects to overspend its 2016 budget by $34.2 million, necessitating school-wide spending cuts in addition to plans for staff attrition and increased money from students. http://www.bizjournals.com/dayton/news/2016/06/02/staff-cuts-tuition-increases-as-wright-state.html
