With cuts behind him and cuts ahead, Bresciani talks about NDSU's budget - Mike McFeely, Inforum

While Chapman was credited with moving NDSU into its NCAA Division I era, he left behind a financial and public-relations mess. With North Dakota's state budget in a difficult situation because of low oil and agriculture commodity prices, Bresciani might face even more challenging days ahead. It's expected state agencies will be asked to make 10 percent permanent budget reductions. In NDSU's case, that would be $15.7 million over the next biennium. http://www.inforum.com/news/4062230-cuts-behind-him-and-cuts-ahead-bresciani-talks-about-ndsus-budget
