The bad news for the Wyoming athletic department is that it’s headed for a $1 million budget reduction, as laid out by athletic director Tom Burman’s plan. The good news? That’s $200,000 less than expected. This month, Burman presented the UW Financial Crisis Advisory Committee with a plan to cut $1.2 million from the athletics budget, a figure set by the committee.
