$1.5M budget cut for NMHU - Martin Salazar, Las Vegas Optic

New Mexico Highlands University’s finance vice president told regents last Friday that solvency measures enacted by state lawmakers and the governor will result in a roughly $1.5 million cut in Highlands’ state appropriation. But he warned that any additional funding decreases would likely force the university to “hit staff.” http://www.lasvegasoptic.com/content/15m-budget-cut-nmhu
