Casper College takes funding cuts, but president remains calm - Seth Klamann, Trib

Casper College hasn't been immune to the cuts that have reached all corners of public education in Wyoming. Officials estimate the school has lost between 8 percent and 10 percent of its state funding this year. But president Darren Divine isn't panicking. His sky might be cloudy, but it isn't falling.
