Quincy U seeks to improve communication with faculty, staff 'to reboot this university' - Matt Hopf, Herald Whig

Open lines of communication appear to have eased some concerns of faculty and staff at Quincy University as it continues on a financial improvement plan after revealing last fall that it faced a $5 million budget deficit. The new semester at QU started Wednesday evening, and faculty and staff were briefed during a luncheon on a framework that outlined how the university is trying to improve, including financially. In an interview, Phil Conover, QU's interim chief operating officer, said the meeting was an opportunity to bring the faculty and staff together to "reboot this university." http://www.whig.com/20170111/qu-seeks-to-improve-communication-with-faculty-staff-to-reboot-this-university
