NDSU offering 'phased' retirements, cutting student affairs administrators - Patrick Springer, InForum

North Dakota State University is eliminating student affairs administrators and offering another round of retirement incentives to help cope with expected cuts in state funding, President Dean Bresciani said in an email to the campus Wednesday, Feb. 22. In the email, Bresciani outlined what NDSU has done to trim spending, saying the university’s careful approach has given some “the impression that we somehow suffered no consequences at all,” despite more than 50 buyouts and nearly 70 jobs left open. http://www.inforum.com/news/4222883-ndsu-offering-phased-retirements-cutting-student-affairs-administrators
