Continuing our series on the President's proposed budget cuts, KSFY News tells you how it could affect millions of students who benefit from financial aid. Work-study programs, Pell grants, direct loan subsidies and multiple loan forgiveness programs face more than $140 billion in cuts over the next 10 years if congress enact's the president's budget.
